After spending over a week looking all over south Nashville for a washer/dryer set and fridge were able to purchase all 3 items within 5 minutes of setting foot inside the store despite no one chasing us down with a sales pitch. We had done our research but no matter where we went we were faced with unwanted sales pitches, unusual part numbers, or a lack of inventory. Jose lets their inventory and prices speak for itself. Not only were the prices the best we had come across but the part numbers matched our research making the purchase a no brainer after all the time we invested. We found the team to be fun, knowledgeable, and well mannered. They are two steps above the competition. I will recommend this awesome business to all my friends and contacts. ~ Brandon R

Our refrigerator went down about a month ago, of course we were leaving out of a couple ice chests trying to save as much food as we could. Immediately we started looking for a replacement but prices were way too expensive and guaranteed is almost like a joke... and let me tell you, we pray and pray about it, take our time and God guide us here, I said this because we look all over Nashville. About this place and José, we can say nothing but great things, he shows us all our options, he is patient, kind and very very helpful. We take it home (they do delivery too) and we were having trouble installing the doors, we called José and without hesitation he video chat and showed us how to do it, he even offered to come to our house and help, but we were able to do it. We buy a new model LG with everything we need, wants and more !!! We just got our new washer and dryer from here and we couldn’t be happier!!! Everyone in store was very nice and helpful, helped us move our current one out of way for set up of new one as well. (Which wasn’t easy cause it’s a stackable in a small closet). We live in an apartment where we got bad luck and they “ran out of dryers” when ours broke and told us good luck go buy a new washer and dryer we have to take it off your lease! So we had to rush to find a new one and we couldn’t be more grateful!!! Will be buying here for future and send everyone we know your way. God bless!!! ~ Harmony W

Broderick is the best guy around. This man came last minute at EOD Friday after we told him to come on Monday. Our plans changed so we called, and he saved the day. His presence truly lit up the room and made a terrible day, our best day this year. I never met Jose but Mary said he was a “legend”. “This guy could sell me anything”. He even threw in the power cord and hoses in for free. Thank you so much for answering the phone Jose. I was really impressed with how good the prices were for some fantastic appliances. Many of them you could hardly tell there was a scratch or dent and most were over 50% off! I got a new refrigerator for an upgrade and could not be happier with my purchase. The service was excellent and I was in and out of the store quickly. They delivered right on schedule and even took off my door and the refrigerator door to get it to fit in my doorway and put everything back together. I’d had my eye on a specific range for over a year, and am very glad I waited! It showed up as an open box/return in perfect condition at Appliances 4 Less. Jing and the receptionist were both very friendly to deal with. I ended up saving well over 1k off retail value. It’s a beautiful range and I’m very happy with it. I had to pay a little extra for being over 20 miles away, but it was still a great deal overall. The delivery guys were prompt, thorough, and friendly as well. I had the best experience buying my new gas range at a fantastic price with some little dent on the side that cannot be seen once in place. Jose was so nice with the process, their extended warranty was also very reasonable, cheaper than the big box stores. He delivered promptly and took away the old one for only $25. My partner and I were in the market for a new washer and dryer. We wanted all of the features of a top of the line dryer but didn’t love the cost. Appliances 4 Less helped us make that happen. From helping us pick the right one, to going over our options for warranty and even delivery, they made the whole process as easy as could be. We purchased a side-by-side refrigerator freezer last week. It was expertly delivered to our home and looks really great! The price was discounted a lot from the retail price or even from the street price because of a couple scratches on the corner of the door. Broderick and Devonte installed our washer and dryer. They had to carry them to the second floor with pedestals. There was an issue with the factory mounts that interface the pedestals. This required at least an extra hour of work on their part. In spite of the issue, they were cheerful and complementary to the appliance store. We would definitely use them again. ~ Shelby S

This was the Best all around experience I've ever had buying an appliance. The price was $150 cheaper than the other 2 discount appl. stores on the same dryer. I had a problem with it not drying fast they were very responsive and agreed to send a tech out right away. They swapped it out and on inspection saw the energy saver button was pressed. Wow. Found this gem by accident with a google search. They were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. They have a lot of appliances at very good prices. Website said scratch and dent but I couldn’t find a single scratch on anything.
